'The most powerful talk about leadership and people I have ever heard'
- An employee of a global professional services company (one of the Big Four) at their end of course 'Inspiring High Performance' dinner.
As soon as Stewart speaks, you have to listen: We all live in our small worlds and to come face to face with another reality is frankly a shock. It makes you reframe your current issues and problems. He talks about the very essence of leadership and what it entails. You will learn something new.'
- Steve Partridge, Managing Director
'Stewart spoke at a Dinner raising awareness of the On Course Foundation. He was quite outstanding - incredibly articulate, inspirational and very moving! He made a profound impression on everyone and I recommend him unreservedly.'
- Nick Gandon, Cause4 Founder and Director
'Thank you for the talk on Saturday evening. You are truly inspirational, and a fantastic speaker.
The significant number of questions from the MBA students is testament to the engagement you developed, and for me is always the ultimate test of whether the message resonates with the audience.
I think if we hadn’t stopped them, we might have found ourselves still there on the Sunday morning.
All feedback received has been overwhelmingly positive, no notes of recommendation, either in terms of delivery or content. Congratulations.
For me, I was happily surprised how theoretically informed you were, and yet it never felt like a lecture.
I would certainly stand as an advocate of continued engagement with you, and think there is greater opportunity both with an MBA audience and also more broadly any Postgraduate audience.
Thank you once again.'

'Stewart spoke at the Company Directors Networking (CDN) group about his brain injury and the changes which it has forced him to make in his life and career. Not only was it highly motivational and moving but Stewart has very clear thoughts about the qualities required for Leadership and what makes a good leader. His experiences are extremely valuable, he speaks very well and I'm sure he would be very well received by any organisation looking to make changes.'
- Mike Driver, CRM and Change Professional
'Stewart was our keynote speaker at the 2013 British Triathlon Performance Coaching Conference. His messaging and personal story was compelling, powerful, and someone emotional. His presentation was professional, bold, dynamic, inspirational and somewhat humorous, capturing the minds of everyone in the room. Delegates have since personally thanked me for including Stewart’s session, saying how much they enjoyed it and the parallels they can draw to coaching triathlete, yet environmentally a million miles away! I would not hesitate in recommending or indeed using Stewart again for future events on coaching and leadership training events.'
- Paul Moss, Coach Developer
'Stewart has gone through more than most people in his life. He carry’s scars and memories from an explosion in Afghanistan but this event has also given him an strength, sincerity and trust in his speaking which is captivating.
As an officer Stewart was an impressive orator and leader. Since his injury he has gone from strength to strength. He now combines an impressive self-awareness with his intuitive and natural leadership which make compelling listening. If you think you are having a hard time in austere conditions, walk a mile in Stewart's shoes! I commend his offering as one not to be missed-we can all benefit from Stewart's keen, wide observation of life, near death experience and road to recovery.'
-Richard Westley OBE MC
'Stewart commanded B Company 2MERCIAN from the front; he was a charismatic and caring commander who inspired all around him. Whilst commanding the lead ground Company during the break-in to Babaji during Op PANCHAI PALANG (PANTHERS CLAW) in the summer of 2009, he was nearly fatally injured by an IED strike, suffering a traumatic brain injury. His quiet determination in his fight back to health is clear for all to see. Stewart is a courageous individual who raises the esteem and motivation of all of those who are around him.'
- Aaron Browne, Country Manager (Afghanistan)
'Stewart served in the same Regiment as me and was an inspirational and highly effective leader, admired and respected by his soldiers and well liked by his fellow officers. Quietly determined, courageous and resourceful, it is these qualities that I am confident will bring him renewed success in his life after the Army.'

"On Thursday [25 April 2019] EUROCITY’s Leadership Team had a fantastic presentation from Stewart Hill MA MPSA FCMI
He gave us a compelling insight into his military career, the unimaginable challenges he has faced and his resilience and strength in overcoming them.
What is Leadership? Stewart helped us to understand that a key element is pathos - which is ‘awakening emotion in the audience’ and he certainly did that.
My team were enthralled by his moving, emotive presentation and have already begun to implement some of his lessons. I would highly recommend business leaders to engage with Stewart - it is inspiring and motivational and it will reap business rewards for your business.” Sean MacMahon Managing Director EUROCITY
